I placed an order with Yebhi with an order # YBH4270740 for the very first time to try it out. On the day I placed an order no one called me nor I received a sms stating the order placement nothing. I panicked and tried to call them - it took me a while to get customer service phone #, how pathetic is that, cant they place their phone # on the homepage instead of hiding it somewhere else. After several attempts someone picked up my call and gave a canned reply and I quote "it should 5 days for the product to be dispatched and another 5 days to deliver your good".
This is ridiculous, it was clearly stated on the cart that the product is in stock and will be delivered in 3 business days, where is the morality? why hide the facts and dupe the customers? I was supposed to give this product as a gift to my nephew whose birthday was on 3rd September.
Yebhi messed it up and I had to get another gift for my nephew. I tried calling Yebhi regarding this but I receive the same phony response. Now, more frustrating thing is I cant reach their customer care - most probably they blocked my number to avoid complaints. It is already 5 days and no status on my order as of yet. If at all anybody in Yebhi has a morality respond to me.
