Yebhi.com fraud company

I am a customer of yebhi.com since its inception and I have never had any complaints untill now. This time I have been cheated by yebhi.com and for a sum of Rs16819 against the order number YBH1952737.


There was a promotion campaign which was being ran by couponsyebhi.com and in that they were giving away vouchers of Rs 250 to each individual for liking their Facebook page. The day I got to know about this offer I liked that page and received few gift vouchers and I also informed huge number of my class mates to like that page. They did the same thing and got gift vouchers. As most of them dont do online shopping like me they gifted me all the gift vouchers and I have ordered for a 5gram gold coin which was worth Rs 16819.


It was written shipping time as 2 days on your website and I had to wait for almost 2 weeks for the dispatch details. I checked the online status and it was showing all the dispatch details. I have ordered some more products using the gift vouchers. On 12/07/2012 the courier boy from yebhi express came to my place and delivered all the products I ordered except the gold coin. Also he told me that there is one more product of mine which he would not deliver it to me as he has been told by some yebhi representative for not giving delivery.


After knowing this I called up the customer care and nobody has the details with them, they transferred me to the senior executive and even he was not aware of anything. He requested me to wait till today and arranged a call back for me, however nobody called up. Again I called up the customer care then they transferred me to mr Lalit Joshi who informed me that as I have bought gold coins using that promotional coupons therefore they have cancelled my order. I was shocked to hear that abrupt statement as no where it was mentioned


about this T & C that gold coin cannot be purchased using the vouchers. Also if this is the case then your online shopping cart would have shown error while ordering which it dint.


Now when I asked for the gift vouchers to be reissued as they have cancelled the order then mr lalit joshi told me that they have confirmed from their delivery team and some person named Mr Nitin Narang has informed those Gift vouchers worth Rs 16819 would not be returned. I was again shocked to hear that I have been cheated for a sum of Rs 16819.


At first you took my order of gold coin and after chasing for almost 2 weeks i got to know gift vouchers are not applicable on gold coin which I believe is a vague statement. If this is the case you should have called me the very next day of placing the order and returned my gift vouchers. Today you are saying those gift vouchers will not be returned. I was really shocked to hear that statement from mr lalit joshi and he was so rude in his statement. I am really disappointed by all this.


I wrote several emails and called up yebhi.com n number of times. I wasted my hard earned money by calling them again and again, however no success. If this is the mistake of their marketing team then they should have accepted it and returned my gift vouchers, which they dint do. So I decided to put this on mouthshut. That was the last time I did shopping on yebhi !


I would never recommend yebhi to anyone.

You are welcome to pay and shop like several thousand other customers do with us every day and we would resolve any of your concerns which arise from that.Also, as you are an esteemed Indian citizen (Associated with Institute of Company secretaries of India) it would be fair to share the complete picture, when you are sharing feedback about us who enabled Rs. 25,000/- worth of FREE SHOPPING for you, just couple of months back.
