Disappointed

I have returned order number YBH2338099 and YBH2382494(Return order number CRO137873).While I called cust care, I was told that I will get gift voucher of 150 for each order . I had to pay rs 221 for sending and 60(as I had to send it by speed post) for packaging it(total of 281), and now  i found only gift voucher of 150 is given for sending the product. Is this a joke? I asked for cash refund for both the orders and still gift voucher is given to me instead of cash refund for order number YBH2382494.


Actually, I bought a puma shoe on 8th sept which was damaged and returned it seeking for a replacement with a fresh product and I was given a voucher instead of that. While I called cust care, they told me that voucher was given to me due to some system generated process and then they   placed another order on behalf of me  with that voucher on 18th sept .They confirmed me that I will surely receive a fresh product.  I received the product within 3 days but again found it not that good as I wanted. It had some dirty marks inside and stitching problem outside and returned it seeking for cash refund. Now I found that a gift voucher of 1249 is given to me for the puma shoe(order number YBH2338099). I have posted this on facebook yebhi cust care page & then  they called me to sort out my problem. They assured me that I will get cash refund for both the product and also the gift voucher of another 150 which I have not received yet. They also confirmed that they will arrange a call from accounts department yesterday . But nothing happened till now. I thought that Yebhi have the best service support among all of the online shopping sites but they proved me wrong.
