Experience turned well for Good!!!

I had a real startup bad experience with Yebhi. I had ordered Skechers Shoes through Yebhi and after contacting Customer care they told me its "Out of Stock". I had asked for refund and Yebhi immediately had cleared my refund. But I was not still happy as I could not get the product that I wished for. Next morning I got a call from their Support Manager, who felt very bad for what had happened. He took this as a special case, considering my feelings, ran through his warehouse and finally managed to get 1 set for me. My new order has been placed and I’m eagerly awaiting for my shoes.


Thanks to Yebhi for putting customer focus as priority and having this case well managed.


Way to go Yebhi. Well Done.
