The worst service.I have bought a woodland shoes and once I saw the shoes I was really shocked.The color I ordered and one I got are entirely different. I called the customer service and a lady Called Renu answered me and she raised a complaint.I waited for 4 days and still there was no return pickup.its been more than 15 days till now and I call them everyday, There is a supervisor called Gaurav who promises me that He will send the person for return pickup and nothing happens everyday.I also work for a reputed e commerce company as a Ops manager and I never saw such a vague customer service.Bull shith.If I dont get my money in 2 days, My lawyer will speak to U guys.and Im going to raise the issue in consumer court.Learn something guys.bull shith service.
