REVERSE PICK UP NOT HAPPENED

I HAVE THIS PRODUCT NOW EVEN MORE THEN ONE MONTH.


AS THE PRODUCT WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK.


I HAD REQUESTED REVERSE PICK UP SINCE THE TIME I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.

BUT STILL THE REVERSE PICK UP HAS NOT HAPPENED .


EVERYTIME I CALL. THEY GIVE A NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER


WHY THE COMPANY NOT EMAIL TO BLUEDART REGARDING REVERSE PICK UP.


I CALLED BLUEDART BUT THEY TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL FROM YEBHI.COM


NO SOLUTION AVAILABLE AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.


I TALKED TO LOKESH AND ISSUE IS SOLVED.
