Bad delivery

Order Number : YBH3607798,  Airwaybill No: N100002660311M2E. I was pleasantly surprised when my order was dispatched within hours of placing it. I placed the order on 11th may evening. My excitement soon came to a halt. The product reached the designation hub in Bangalore on 13th may morning and then it got stuck. I still haven’t received it till now. (today being 15th).


I am not sure why it takes so long for the delivery after reaching Bangalore. Even a letter sent by normal post would have reached its destination. I called customer care multiple times and got the same answer to wait. I am not sure how long more should I wait. They also gave me the number of Bangalore hub but none picks the call. I have been calling for the last 2 days.


This is my first order in Yebhi. I generally use ebay & flipkart, which normally gets delivered in 2 business days. There is also cash back offered by them if the order doesn’t reach on time. Please escalate this & find a solution.
