I have bought the article(Archies showpiece) from Yebhi.com on 30/12/2012 vide order no. YBH2916491.The product was delivered on 01/01/2013 in broken condition. Immediately a complaint was raised to yebhi.com and a snap of the broken goods received same is sent to customer desk.
I have raised the return order as requested by the customer desk, but the order was closed without any actual pick up.Again the return order was created but the same again closed by the customer desk desk without pickup of the goods.
Yebhi.com is neither picking up the goods not making refund of the money.
