I had placed the order (ybh3847441) on 21st June & have been sent the wrong shoe. I had ordered size 11 and size 10.5 was received which did not fit.
I had specifically chosen the try & me options while purchasing the shoe, however when i received the shoe the yebhi champ - suresh rudely refused and said that you don’t have try option ??
It was only when i protested that he spoke with someone and allowed me to try. Of-course as the shoe size was wrong the shoe did not fit.
I have returned the item to your yebhi champ on Monday 24th June’13.
It has been 15 days and i am yet to receive the refund for my shoe ! I have made 2 calls to the call centre and was re-assured that in 4-6 days time the refund will be made.
It is the poorest service that i have received from yebhi.com and will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from this site.
