My First Online Shopping, A Pleasant

I always used to visit various online shopping websites and check their products but never ordered anything as cash on delivery is not available to my town in all the sites. And who knows after paying through other modes of payment I may have to face problems. But yebhi has turned me to an online shopaholic.


The first time I had purchased a puma bag and a shoe for my mum but didn’t know that I would get discount coupons for joining yebhi. I saw the coupons after placing the order. Didn’t know that I could cancel my order also. But don’t have any regrets bcz the products were gud. After that I have purchased from yebhi a few more times and they have never let me down.


The only complaint which I have is that the price is very unstable in yebhi. I purchased the Puma bag at rs.1350 and after 1 week or so it was priced at rs 1150 and the wedges which I bought at rs. 350 is available at rs. 265.


And also not forgetting the boring website design and slowness.


Update- Really disappointed with yebhi. This is my 7th purchase with them but this time I am really not happy to have been their customer. I placed an order on 24th dec 2013 and this time neither did I get a confirmation email after placing the order neither did I get any updates about it whether it has been shipped or not. Order no YBH5004750 and when I called their customer support team to inquire one rude woman answered it named Jyoti, seriously girl u suck at ur job.


I think they should select their CS representatives carefully. She was talking to me like a teacher, Thank God she didn’t scold me. And after dealing with such people I dint a satisfactory answer also. She is saying maximum it will take 6 to 8 days to get shipped but no certain resolution.


When I said this time I dint get any- mail regarding my order she told me to check my mail, I mean wtf? y would I inquire about it without checking my mails. I just hope the products won’t let me down. Fingers crossed. The most imp point their no. is NOT TOLL FREE. Yes u have to pay if want to get in touch with their Customer service.
