The have some good collection of shoes, apparels and home essentials. Have stayed in UK for the past few years and would like to comment that finally we have an online retailer in India that gives a similar shopping experience.
The best is their Logistic Management. It’s super fast, they ship from Gurgaon and order placed on Day 0 afternoon reach you by Day 2 afternoon and the website gives online tracking similar to UPS / Bluedart
The Customer Service is also excellent. And until now have found them very supportive and best part being almost zero waiting time.
A suggestion would be to add some more details on certain products. Also a couple of items appeared to be factory seconds but for those branded products, paid almost less than 70% of the MRP, so cannot be complaining.
