I booked three apprials from Yebhi.com one was good, other was having size issue which they re-dispatched in a week. The third which looks good in site was not good in actual. It was of poor defected quality. I had log complain to Yebhi but they dont listen. I had recorded all conversation as well in my cell. They have very bad returning policy and method from their Courier company in NCR. After very long waiting more than a month I get same old defected item back.
The supporting staff dont talk properly and they just stick to one word that he will talk to Yebhi Quality team. I told them that neither during selling nor during delivery nor during item returning the delivery people dont know any guidelines. During conversation I had share many gaps/loop of Yebhi system which he accptes but he cant do any thing.
My personal view, I dont see Yebhi to be Customer focus they just like to make money and lacks in process of handling end to end customer issues/solution.
