EVERY TIME YOU EMAIL THEM THEY WILL SEND YOU NEW TICKET NUMBER AND A STANDARD REPLY FORMAT.

No one turns up even after 48 hrs of SLA time had a bitter experience purchasing 2 products both of substandard quality . Do not go by the return policy mentioned in their website as it is Fake and just taken for Granted.

I would recommend some better online shopping websites like Homeshop18.com or Flipkart.com who really provide good support and products
