I purchased many things online when I was in US . In fact I was amazed with the service I received over there. When I returned back to India I was curious If I would get similar serve from Indian shopping website.
Few of my friends told me there there is no problem in India with online shopping. Last wew weeks my old food processor was not working so I decided to give a try and thought shopping it online.
I checked on many sites decided Yebhi.com. I placed order for Philips Food processor and they immediately shipped the product next day.
Which I received it immediately after 3 days after I placed the order. I was really surprised with the service and said "Aapana India to sudhar raha hai ".
But I was wrong..When I opening the box I found that they sent a used piece stating it as a brand new product .
There were clear scratches on Steel utensils (as like it has been washed by...........). Also There were clear marks that the actual food processor motor is opened by somebody.
When I tried to call their customer care number multiple times they didn’t even picked up the phone. Finally with frustration I applied for return order on their website.
They Immediately approved it without talking to me a single word. I am still waiting for them to pick up my return order ( since last 1 week )
I tried to call their local delivery boy’s phone number. He said he don’t have time now it will take another 2/3 days.
On top of it Even if I return , they will not give me my money back. Per their policy they will add that as a virtual cash to my account and I need to use it for next shopping at Yebhi ONLY .
All and all, Just one advice to next buyer. STAY AWAY FROM YEBHI! STAY AWAY FROM YEBHI!
This is fraud company. It seems to be nexus.
They fist lure buyer with some discount then send some cr@p used product so now money is with them and then even if you return you have to purchase other things from them only and they are now ready to swindle other customers with same old returned product.
Finally decision is yours...
