This is with reference to a watch purchased through yebhi sometime back. Rather long back. To be precise more than 2 months. Let me take you through in a chronological order:
1) Get delivery of the watch - Substandard quality and damaged product. I request for a replacement.
2) Get the replaced watch after following up like mad.
3) Replaced watch - Poor quality, Manufacturing date - 2009.(My mistake was during the first delviery I did not get into nitty gritties as the watch was damaged and I did not want to get into situation where replacement time limit is over)
4) I asked for a refund.
Shocker - I cant get refund because payment is made through wallet. Now from where this wallet comes into the picture. Since I had purchased the product and got it replaced so for their internal accounting treatment they have converted the payment mode to wallet of the returned product.
I know this is a shameless management and do not care about customers. Nor are they going to refund nor they want to listen.
Friends, just avoid this website.
