I have placed 4 orders with yebhi. While placing order I was assured that all terms & conditions will be rightly followed & was asked to place the same order twice because the cart cannot be modified I was told that I can return the order as soon as I receive it I dont need to take delivery.
Firstly the DTDC personnel was not ready to deliver the orders at home and kept on insisting to collect the orders self. for 4 days yebhi kept assuring me that I will get home delivery but all in vain finally I called dtdc personnel & told him that I will go to consumer court then he came & delivered it at home so I resolved the matter on my own.
When I received the orders I called up yebhi saying that I have received the orders & I want to return 1 becoz I had been told that I dont need to take the delivery but I was assured that I should sent the person back & they will send blue dart person for reverse pick up now after about 35 hours they have called me saying that I should send it back through courier once I told that I will not be able to do that plz provide home reverse facility they are denying it saying there is no reverse pick up facility.
THEN WHY DO YOU WRITE LIES IN YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS. One more order placed today contained 4 items while making payment but after payment it started showing 5 items & that too 2 items of same size & color. after my call I was told that its my fault & I will get a gift voucher in return & the product will be cancelled.
WELL FINALLY AFTER MY REVIEW AT MOUTHSHUT I HAVE FINALLY RECEIVED POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YEBHI.COM, I HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT VOUCHER FOR COURIER & REFUND FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED. HOPE THE PROMISES MADE WILL NOT BE BROKEN IN FUTURE.*
