Very Bad Customer Service - Items Missing

The website is all fine, just like any other regular e-shopping website, nothing to boast about or brag about. The user experience is just average, they have a very annoying systems where the shopping cart if abandoned without making payments will start sending you email reminders to make the payments. My guess is if a customer has abandoned the cart then it means they don’t want to buy or want to revisit at a later stage. Customers do not require reminders. Having said that if they show the same enthusiasm in supporting customers after a product is sold; they may have a better future.


Let me get to my experience. This was my first time on Yebhi and I sure will never go back. I purchased a Prestige Grill Master 5000 from the website. The one good thing was the order tracking system, the good part ended there. I go the product one week after order, which was fine. I was not at home and my parents received the package, the package was fine, bubble wrapped and all the works. The real problem was within the packet, the product came with 11 items, one of they the warming rack was missing from the package. I called the support guys immediately, they asked me bunch of routine and stupid questions and then asked me to take pictures of the product and send that to their complaints team. I did this promptly, it has been more that 15 days and they keep sending automated emails and no action. I am really disappointed as this is a proprietary product and this missing item cannot be purchased separately. I was also asked by the support team to not use the product until they come up with a solution. I am wondering how hard is it to just replace the product or send me the missing item.


My advice, never buy from Yebhi, they rest is at your discretion!
