Order No : YBH3569139 : I thought the service will improve, but looks like delivery people are hell bent to prove me wrong. Ordered 7 items of inner wear. Three of them are totally different from what is ordered. Even color is not same as per the order form. One of the item has a hole in it. All the packing also was very old looks like seconds stuff being sold in the name of sale.
Unfortunately, this time there is no option of returning also as per their policy. Now if Inner-wear is delivered wrong/defective, what is the option / don’t have energy to write to support, they ask for photograph of the product and looks a long drawn process. Don’t think I’ll order anything from these websites ever now.
