I have redeemed some reward points on my standard chartered credit card against Yebhi.com gift vouchers. Since that day I have been experiencing bad customer experience on Yebhi.
Cant make calls to customer service without trying at least 10 times.
Dont get any response to the emails sent to support@yebhi.com.
I returned an item to the Blue Dart person sent by Yebhi. After returning the item to courier person I receive a mail saying the return order is cancelled. Now I dont have the product and I dont have the return credit.
Everyone else: If you have any concerns with Yebhis service, you are doomed because you cant call them and they wont respond to your emails.
