Pathetic Customer Service and Poor Delivery Time

I have redeemed some reward points on my standard chartered credit card against Yebhi.com gift vouchers. Since that day I have been experiencing bad customer experience on Yebhi.




  1. Can’t make calls to customer service without trying at least 10 times.




  2. Don’t get any response to the emails sent to support@yebhi.com.




  3. I returned an item to the Blue Dart person sent by Yebhi. After returning the item to courier person I receive a mail saying the return order is cancelled. Now I don’t have the product and I don’t have the return credit.






Everyone else: If you have any concerns with Yebhi’s service, you are doomed because you can’t call them and they won’t respond to your emails.
