Money not refunded, almost 8 weeks

(YBH2528853). Placed the order on 21st Oct and stil haven’t received the refund. Bought a Watch and paid more than 3k as COD. Found the watch to be not working. Product was picked back.  After their checking they sent a mail to reply within 24 hours(to give them details to process refund) or else they will give me yebhi coupons( which is rude as if the defective product is my mistake).


Next they said cheque has been issued and has been dispatched and I was not provided with the tracking details. Later on I asked for details of courier so they said that it has been delivered, to some person who doesn’t even exists at my address. Again I contacted so CC said that cheque was not delivered had returned back to them so I asked for refund to bank account, so CC executive said trust me your money will be refunded in 4-5 days, don’t worry etc. Even after again and again giving them bank details on refunds@yebhi.com and support@yebhi.com for last 3 weeks I still have not received my money.


Please refund my Rs. 3196 and sorry that I visited did shopping on your website again.


This is the third and the last bad experience at yebhi. Won’t visit the site again. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.


1st order 3rd June, received the product of good quality but they sold the product at false MRP, found 2 labels on the product one with MRP 600+ and other label under it with MRP 150.


So I felt cheated but I bought 3 products at Rs 499 so I paid Rs 49 more than actual MRP and din’t want to get into their CHAKRAVYUH so din’t contact CC.


2nd order was solved via MouthShut_Official, my last review is written below. I tried to recharge my mobile with an amount of Rs. 350 on 22nd June, but due to transaction failure money was deducted but I didn’t receive any recharge. On contacting customer care they said please call after 24 hours. Next day they said please mail it to Mr. Rahul Bajaj matter will be solved within 48hrs and I won’t need to call them again. Even after waiting 3-4 days I didn’t receive any mail from Mr. Bajaj leave the money aside; again I made a call they said they don’t have any information in their database.


After sending another mail to all the available mail Id, I got a reply that please be patient and wait for my reply. After another 2-3 days got a reply money will be refunded soon. After that day I have sent many mails but they don’t reply or send a reply to fool me. I have never had such an experience with any other online portal.(P.S.: I’m addicted to online shopping). This is the worst online shopping experience ever. Their customer care.Still haven’t received any reply from them and it almost a month.They just don’t care for customers. If you would have bought from any other website you would have automatically got a refund. But here even after so many mails they don’t care to refund.


Please save yourself from these cheats as once they get money they won’t give it back.


Issue was resolved only after posting this review. Finally received the refund after 1 month. Kindly seek for better customer satisfaction in such cases. Improve your customer support.
