Yebhi.com -Customer care is their Top Priority.

Some confusion arose regarding Return of Two orders. And I got frustrated and posted one review here yesterday. This Morning  Mr.Rahul Bajaj from Yebhi called me and discussed whole issue with me patiently for about 10 minutes.


He said that he will try to resolve it as soon as possible.As I was at my work place, I told him that I cannot change my review immediately and told him I will edit the review in evening. As I started to edit the review few minutes ago, I got another call from Mr. Bajaj and he informed me that Refund for one product has already been done and other product which is lying with me will be picked up very soon.


This kind of approach from customer care is most appreciable. I am shopping with Yebhi.com for last 2 years and had no issues with them till now.
