Brought Morphy Richard kettle

I ordered a Morphy Richard kettle (order no. YBH2135453) which have a temperature control knob delivered in broken status. the customer care contacted me and agreed to send a service agent to repair it or got it replaced - Waiting for the result.


I’ll improve my rating, if they keep the promise.
