Illegal Payment Gateway,Irresponsible Attitude

This is regrading a transaction for a mobile phone I have made thorugh Yebhi.com (OrderNo YBH2295201).


I have made the payment through CitiReward Points option available on Yebhi.com Payment page(Screen-shot attached) and the amount was deducted through my Credit Card in terms of Rupees rather than points.


I have raised this concern to Citibank and they replied that they have received a debit note request rather Point Redemption request from Yebhi.com hence they have deducted the amount in terms of money.


Using this response I wrote to Yebhi.com to resolve the issue and that was seeming to a technical issue in their system. They did not respond within 2 days as it is mentioned on their website. I then wrote on escalations@yebhi.com then I got the response that the payment for this order has been received in terms of Citi Reward points and same has been confirmed with the payment gateways. Highly Irresponsible reply by Yebhi.com.


Then I wrote again to Yebhi stating that the Bank has conformed that they have recieved a Debit Note request from Yebhi that is why they have deducted and charged the amount and not the points. and requested them to look into the technical issue on their website and to help me in getting my money back.


Had I need to pay money instead of points for that mobile I would have never purchased it but Yebhi ditched me.


6 days have been passed and there is no response from Yebhi.com. Felt completely cheated by Yebhi.com that they have taken the money and not even taking responsibility of the same.


I would not recommend this website to the innocent customtakeouters
