I had bought(Order No.YBH4346873) two jeans pants from Yebhi.com, and unfortunately, on receipt of the items, I found them not satisfactory to me. As per their rules I returned the item back to them by courier service, after duly registering the activity on their website, thats their law. A few days later, by checking with the courier companys on line tracking facility, I came to know that the items were delivered to their warehouse at Gurgaon.
Then, I inquired with them about the refund. To my unpleasant surprise they informed me that the items were not delivered. Again after repeated email and telephonic conversations they admitted having received one item out of the two I sent, and made a refund to that item only. The items were sent as a single courier consignment, and its unlikely that they could receive only one item out of the consignment. Naturally, I was entitled to get refunded for the two items I returned.
Again, I emailed many reminders and eventually they asked me to provide the proof of delivery(POD) from the courier company. I contacted the courier company and obtained the POD, and subsequently I mailed them to Yebhi(support@yebhi.com), It happened about 7 days ago, and they havent replied to me yet.
Usually, they boast, they would reply to customer queries within two working days, and my case they are deliberately not replying because if they acknowledge receipt of the POD sent by me they are entitled to pay me the cost of the items which I returned to them. I have already informed them that if justice is not done to my case I would definitely raise the issue with MoutShut.com.
Since they are habitually deceiving on line customers, my warning didnt make any effect on them. Eventually, now, I am under the impression that I have been deceived by Yebhi.com. Please be informed to the prospective customers of Yebhi.com that they would definitely deceive you, in case you are to return an item once you bought from them by online.
