I had bought a Samsung Galaxy Quattro from yebhi.com and they never delivered the phone. I called them at least 10 times and they kept saying they will call back in 24 hours - 48 hours and never called.
Finally, they mentioned that they have closed the mobile section and said my money will be credited to their wallet as per their policy and I can buy something else from their website. I have spent my money for a phone and now they want me to buy clothes etc using that and spend another 15000 on a mobile.
My request is that my money should be returned because it was their fault, they closed the mobile division.
