*I had placed an order no. YBH4939458 on 10th of December, and was promised the delivery of the product before 15th, but in reality the item was not even shipped till 23th. Every time I called the customer care, I was given some silly excuses and assurance that the item would be dispatched in the next 24 hrs.
And today after keeping my money for 14 days, they have written to me that the order has been cancelled as they were unable to procure the item it from the market.*
