The product I ordered was of very bad quality. The color was no where near the pictures mentioned. The size issues were not addressed.
The site mentioned some 0 return policy in micro mini letters and which was not at all understandable by the customer.
On request for return for the size issue , they do not allow any returns as it is 0 return policy.They expect us to go through their whole site policies to decode their coded terminologies. When all products are mentioned as 30 day return policy, they should pop up before confirming order. What do they expect, I should buy and hoard all the stock as I don’t fit in.
In marketing, they show we can open the packet and check size before accepting which is totally fraud. At delivery time, they do not allow to open the packet and later they do not allow to return.
