Yebhi delivered my order at the wrong address

I have placed an order YBH3494972 on 21 st Apr 2013 to be shipped and billed to my address in Ghaziabad U.P. but its delivered to Hyderabad A.P. What a amazing thing is that after you place an order you cannot go back and check you shipping address and billing address for that order on their website.


While placing the order I have clearly mentioned my Ghaziabad address for shipping and billing.But they delivered to Hyderabad.This carelessness clearly shows their casual behaviour towards customer.


I would be happy if they deliver my order at my address - Ghaziabad or else refund my amount.

Dear Naresh,All our customers get the option of selecting one of the existing addresses (used for previous orders) or mention a new one while placing an order. There can also be different or same shipping and billing addresses on the same order depending on the requirement. This is helpful for gift orders.In this case, since an existing shipping address was chosen for this order, it was delivered as per the selection. We can see that a return order has already been created for this order. We will get it picked in next 3-4 working days and a complete refund will be processed once received.
