I am a frequent online buyer and this was the first time I chose Yebhi.com in front of ebay.in just because of better price. I was actually planning to buy an expensive product but wanted to try out their product and service with a cheap one.
First of all I got a defective product YBH1288112(philips dry iron) so I called up the customer service for the return. got a good response from the customer service and I was promised that the product will be soon picked up and I would be refunded my payment back to my CC within 4-5 days.
The return was delayed by 3 days. It was fine since few things happen. So after pick up on Saturday I waited for 6 days till today to check if my account is credited. But it was not so I called up the customer care and found out that the return was not at all booked at the warehouse and if I would not have called up it might not have been registered at all.
So when I am expecting my payment after a delay, I am made aware the process at the backend has not yet started. Since the service desk has registered today I will have to wait another 4-5 days least to get my payment. I am atleast happy that I did not use my CC for an expensive purchase at Yebhi and that my CC balance has not been affected much.
Frankly after this kind of slack service I dont trust Yebhi on any further purchases.

I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 star for a very prompt complaint resolution after my review on Mouthshut.com. at least I can say that your transaction would be taken care of well in case of a hiccup!
