They really care for Defective product.

Let me tell the shopping exp:


Pros:




  1. Product delivery time




  2. Customer care






Yebhi order no: YBH1253495. I’ve ordered a photo frame. It holds 6 photos. I placed the order on 13th march and got it on 15th.


So. Quick delivery of the product


I was happy as it was a gift for my wife. But when I opened the package, I was disappointed as out of six glass one is missing. It is defective one. As it is 1st time brought from Yebhi, thought I was in loss. wife told me call the customer care. Got astonished as the customer care pick up the phone without any waiting time. He told me "we will arrange a reverse pick up and tell me the time for your availability" and within few day it got returned.


So. There is a customer care dept to listen you.


And then, I got the product again, I was happy by looking at courier boy and happy with the Yebhi.


So. If by mistake you get defective product, do not worry about it. They will take care of all reverse pick up and in contact with you until you get the good one. Love to shop again with yebhi.
