Got cheated by Yebhi, Received an used item!

This was my third purchase in Yebhi & I had good experience buying with them earlier. But this time got cheated royally from them.


I ordered for a vehicle dock for Samsung Galaxy Note from Yebhi on March 14.(Order number #YBH1255504).


Received this order on 15th March. As I was not in home, package was received by my family member. Came home late on 15th March & opened the package to get the shock of lifetime. The received item was already used by someone! The factory seal was open & there was no user manual inside. All the parts had scratches on them.


I got panicked & tried to call customer care immediately. However, the great customer care number was not reachable from my Airtel landline number. It was already late night, so I decided to send them an email immediately.


Sent an email & got the automated response with id: CC1203781999. However did not get any response till next day. so I calling the customer care from mobile & logged another complaint. During this call they promised to arrange a reverse pickup & refund the money.


Till next two days did not hear anything from there, so called them many times. Each time customer care acts totally blank as if they are hearing about this complaint for the first time & there is no history/complaint associated with this order number.


Finally after 4 days they arranged for reverse pickup. I called Yebhi & got assurance again that they will refund as soon as they receive the item back.


Since then there was absolutely no update/call from them, hence decided to call them & got the second shock. They said they are rejecting my refund request & returning the item back to me!


Call them various time, mailed them, waited on STD line for many minutes but no luck. Yebhi is putting full blame on me! According to them I ordered an item, used it overnight, put lot of scratches, threw user manual & finally decided to return item to them for this long torture!


WOW! They not only sent me used item but also calling me cheater when actually they are the one who sent the used item & cheated me! Totally frustrating & possible worst online purchase experience I ever had.


I paid full in advance for item & finally ended up with an used item shipped by Yebhi. I have no hope left on them for refund, I am just writing this to warn you guys.


Never ever buy from them!

Dear Raghuvendra,We had recieved an email from you at 11:54pm on 15th of march, and we responded to it on 16th of March.For the reverse pickup, we got your request on 17th at 4pm and the reverse pickup was done on 19th.The product that we received from you was in a used condition, while the product we had sent was in a sealed condition. Your complaint that Yebhi had sent a used product in an unsealed box was checked by us deeply and we found it to be wrong.The measures we take at Yebhi.com warehouse to ensure safety of products is world class. Every item is sealed with a bubble wrap when we get it, it is then kept in a safe locker to ensure that nobody touches it. The packet is only taken out when we get an order for it. Even then, the packet is processed under CCTV cameras until it is sealed in our packet and sent out. During this whole process, there are 3 quality checks.Our investigation team is of the view that the product we had sent and the product we received are two different items. As such, we would not be able to take this product back.The services and customer care we offer to our customers is extremely liberal and we try our best to give customers the special treatment they deserve. However, in some cases we need to decline request which we feel are unfair and this request is of that nature.We are at your service to resolve your queries and hope you would understand our point of view in this regard.
