Yebhi.com is biggest fraud, please dont fall for discounts and product pictures given on website, they are cheaters and just want to cheat the consumers and make money!
My 1st and last experience with Yebhi is mentioned below :-
I had bought a jacket from Yebhi.com on 11th April 2014 for 2980/-, on 14th April 2014 had received the product, however quality and finishing is pathetic of the product, also material of the product is very cheap, before ordering I had spoken with the customer care executive to know the quality & return policy as it was my first transaction with ’Yebhi.com’,
I had told him about the product which I was about to buy and asked him return policy he informed me, if I returns the product they will give my cash back in my back account (its my wish whether I want my money in Yebhi wallet or cash in Bank account) so I was pretty satisfied with that and bought the product,
But the product quality is very cheap in quality, not at all like the mentioned on the website, now I want to return this product to Yebhi.
So I called Customer care executive, spoken with Ishant Nayak/Naik and multiple their executives, they said the product is can’t be returned as its under 0 day return policy, when I asked to to connect me to his supervisor, he said he have taken my request to receive a call from supervisor and they called me after 2 days, this is the response you will get it from their customer support team, and they are still not ready to accept the product,
Its simply cheating as the new product is so cheap that customers will return it so they have put it in 0 day return policy, very clear, they are fraud and just want to make money by cheating customers.
I am feeling cheated by Yebhi.com.
