This is the worst site for ordering online items. I am saying this after using many other sites. I ordered 2 bags(order# YBH519865 and YBH519861) from this site on 5-Aug-2011. They asked for some documents from me. I sent them the documents on 8-Aug-2011 on which no action was taken. I called them again on the 10th and then they asked me to send the documents again to a different ID. The person on call confirmed the email reciept and assured me that the orders would be dispatched in few hours. I called them again 12-Aug only to discover that the items are being dispatched now. I asked why can’t I see the status of the ordered items online on the courier company website and all they had was a lame excuse about the slowness of courier company.
The website claims the delivery of orders in 2 days. What a joke.
THIS IS MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Please do not use this site.
