I ordered a pair of cuff links and tie pin from this site on 21st March and got it delivered on the next day.very quick delivery, and nicely packed item.but when I opened the package, the crystal in one of the cuff links was broken.I called up the customer care guys and they arranged for the reverse pick up without asking many questions as promised under their "no question asked return policy".after 3 days a gift voucher of the same amount was issued.since I liked the product so much, I ordered the same article again using the gift voucher.I got the next delivery within 2 days of ordering.but to my horror, when I opened the package, it was the very same defected piece sent to me AGAIN.I again called up the customer care and they promised to return my money.

They called me within 2 hours of writing this review and my issue has been resolved. They have issued me another gift voucher. That’s so nice of them.very prompt and quick response.Now I can consider shopping with them again.
