"THE PHONE IS NOT THERE IN THE PACKAGE" - This was a shocking experience in my entire online shopping till date. Never imagined such a thing will be done my Yebhi.com
Raised a complain immediately with complain number cc1201530905 on 4 Jan 2012. I was promised a positive resolution on 20 Jan 2012. I will update the full history tomorrow if Yebhi does not resolve my issue as promised and will take the help of CONSUMER COURT this week and share the same here
MY BB ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY YEBHI ON 30 Jan 2012. Yebhi has shipped my BB phone and I received it on 4 Feb 2012. I should say after the long wait the outcome is SATISFACTORY. I still don’t have the answer how it all happened? But it does not matter as I got my phone at last if not never! I have a humble request to Yebhi to make sure such incidents don’t happen again with any customer.
