My Problem solved and Yebhi.com representative has conformed me that they will refund within 24 hr.


With reference to your below mail. I would like to inform you that as your confirmation that due to heavy use it has been this condition. First I would like to inform you that it is use just 1/2 km in a day just for office up & down with well maintenance kolkata road even not use more than 3 month. It you people think that it is heavy use. This simply represent which kind of articles your on line shop is offering to people how have really believe on your web-site and purchasing the articles which are expansive but offer good discount on it.


It simply mean that yebhi.com cheating to innocent people you relay believe the quality of Branded product. Yebhi .com simply purchasing the poor quality or product from local market and put Brand name on that with higher MRP stickers on it and on higher MRP give the discount which is more that article quality and value.


Finally I Would forward this mail to my friends also who purchased several product(Like Rebock shoe, Rice maker, Mobile, and other home appliance which are   expensive articles but offering good discount for attract to innocent people)


All my Dear Friends beware about this online website shopping.


I have purchase 2 branded( Woodland, Ferraro shoe) from Yebhi.com which are MRP from Rs.2499/- to 3599/-. One of them damaged within 3 months after the use.

We would request you to share your order number so that we can check and help you correctly. Please note product once used cannot be exchanged/returned as product life also depends on the way it is being used however exceptions can be made subject to quality departments approval. Compensation is extended as a good will gesture only if the aberration is genuine and caused due to negligence on our end.
