I made order for a apx Rs 1600+ cr card apx Rs. 5300. Out of 8 items I returned 6 and kept 2 worth Rs 1600. Now yebhi is refusing to refund my Rs 5300 back into cr card. After several calling, requests and emails(more than 10 times) they have not heard me and refused to return my money. They say that was a partial payment but my point is the same should be refunded in proportion of the amount from where it was paid. Nor what do I do with my wallet amount. I needed this money for my household expenses an I never actually intended to buy that many items since yebhi was offer in money back.
As per the logic given by them, if you have Rs 100 in your wallet and you have bought something worth 35000 from yebhi, by paying 100 from your wallet and rest by cash/cr card, and now you want to return the articles, you will have to be satisfied aithe the virtual balance of 35000 in your wallet which U can use for future shopping however you will not get your hard earned Rs 34900 back. If you think you can buy the same articles from some other retailer using the same money you are mistaken. That money is lost forever until you but something in years to come from yebhi. And that’s a trap created by yebhi folks by enticing us to buy using money back magic and actually not refunding the money back to the source irrespective of the amount of money involved.
Dear team- You tell me is this fair to hold customers money like this. This is cheating as I never thought that my money will be lost like this. They claim 100% money back where is that. That’s a gimmick to increase your pool of buyers only. Please do something else to earn my money.
