I had ordered a jewellery item from yebhi.com. Order No. YBH640873 on 6/10/2011. The item was in damaged condition. I registered the complaint and ws given a complaint number CC1110281683. I was asked to provide the photographs of the damaged product which I provided the same day.
A reverse pickup was scheduled by the company and the product was returned. After that the damaged product was delivered back to me without giving any reason. I again complained and again same cycle was repeated. Reverse pickup done and damaged product delivered in a further damaged condition. I have wrote numerous mails to yebhi but my problem remains unresolved. I have lost count of the number of people I have talked to in their customer care department.
I would not recommend anyone to shop with yebhi.com
