I placed an order for the product and got a confirmation mail. Next day when I called back for progress the call center executive is confirming the order has been cancelled.
I didnt got a call/mail that my order has been cancelled it was only my initiative that I called to check the progress and got the shocking news.
My question is
1.Why the order was taken if you dont have stock?
2.Why there was no communication that my order has been cancelled?
3.Call center executives are giving reason that many orders came so my order got cancelled.If you are out out stock you should not take the order and the same should be displayed on website.
Since I placed an order using credit card I have to wait till next billing cycle to place the next order from somewhere else.There was not mistake from my side still have to suffer because of your pathetic service.
The product which I ordered was a birthday gift and because of you guys I will not be able to fulfill.
The service is really pathetic and your call executives are not educated enough to provide resolution to the queries.
I will never suggest anyone to use your website and bring my problem to light in other forums.
