It took me two months to get my order. I sent them two emails asking to have it canceled and both times they asked me to be "patient". I finally received the product(booties) in a clear, unmarked plastic bag. The booties are poor quality with no tags or markings to tell size or product number. They fit like clown shoes. Yeesone’s website says they have a no hassle return policy but after 15 emails they still refuse to honor their policy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YEESONE.COM! If you have already made that mistake, I suggest you do two things. 1) File a complaint with your credit card company. 2) Trash them on social media. Ask your friends to trash them as well. Hopefully, with enough investigations from credit card companies and enough bad reviews, they will go out of business although they will probably just pop up again as another company. Bottom line is- beware of these unproven and untrusted companies and read reviews before you purchase. I found mulitple review websites letting me know I screwed up trusting them. I should have done my research.
