Yelagiri hills is situated in tamil nadu and is 160kms far from bangalore.there are multiple ways to get there one of the best from them is to travel through hosur --> Krishnagiri--> Vaniyambadi--> Yelagiri.
This place is for just relaxtion and is pollution free , the best time to visit the place is october and november one can feel the clouds during this season on top of the hill.the wheather is really pleasing . we were there last week (october) and all the time it was drizling and drive from banaglore to this place is really superb.
Yeah coming to accomidation , we stayed at Sterling Resort which is a neat place and the quality of food severed is good and the quality of service too.
But I feel like the room rents are bit high there its 900 per day double deluxe room , bargain is possible if the crowd is less for the room rent.
Also there is room for the guys who love trekking and boating.
Note for the boozers :you guys have to carry it , nobody sells liquor on top of the hill other wise the nearest place is to come down and buy.probably the nearest place is tirupattur.
The overall experience was good and the place is recomended to all.
