I booked a cab and the distance between source and destination is 17km max and I travel through the same route many times. I asked the driver whether he know the destination place exactly and he told yes for it.
Later I asked my parents to go by cab and I went on motor bike.
He reached the destination with in 1.30 hr (Generally it takes 40 min max in that route)Total distance covered is 30km (Actual distance is 17km)He charged us around 500 rs (actual cost is 300 rs)
And the driver and Customer care guys are very much negligent and argued with us..
Finally we ended up with giving 465 RS .
Cab driver is not educated and he don’t even know how to behave with elder people.Finally my suggestion is don’t hire Yellow cabs...
