I have placed an order with yepme.com 2 months back and I cancelled the order after sometime, same day as I foound a better mens shorts(the product I purchased) in Amazon. I immediatly got a email saying that it will take upto 14 days for the refund to get credited which itself in the first place sounded bizzare as other online shopping sites does it in the same day. The worst part is I didnt receive the refund even after 14 days and I contacted the customer care and they said that they are not able to make a refund to freecharge wallet, from which I made the purchase due to some server issue. God damn!
Ok, next they told me if I would be interested in getting a coupon for which I said straight no as I do not want to make any purchase from Yepme anytime in the future. So, they asked me to send my Bank details and I have sent it immediatly through email. once again they told me to wait for another 7 working days for the funds to be credited. It has been more than 2 months now and yet I have not received a refund. I even madea tweet to Yepme CEO Vivek and he never even bothered to respond. The email count has crossed 25 hut still hoping to get my money back. And the customer care people only copy paste the same thing over and over again which is nore irritating.
Bottom line - I highly warn you not to make any purchases from Yepme. There products are also very poor. My friend has got me a T-shirt sometime back and that was the worst material that I would have ever seen. It was like a table cleaning cloth.
