Need to review: Customer experience.

Poor policy for returning of goods. I tried to purchase on-line for the first time and when the ordered shoes didn’t fit well, I mailed a complaint to that effect. It is true that they sent the size as per my order but they should know that the size of one manufacturer may be different from the other even though the no. of size is the same.


If I were suggested for replacement with another size of footwear, I would have been glad but instead there was a staid reply, ’We have delivered the size you demanded and so we are not responsible for your problem.’ I have experienced better policy in foreign countries.


Now, I am even scared of shopping on-line.
