I purchased 3 womens footwear and one of them got broken in 1 week. First of all the delivery of the order was late by 2 weeks! Accepted and moved on, the footwear broke.
Accepted and moved on to customer care, they do not have a toll free number ad it costed me 50 bucks to talk to them and still did not get the replacement.
Making things worst, I quarreled and asked to replace the defective product, yepme gives an address of their shipment on which we have to courier the order! that too in delhi! I why am I supposed to pay for the defective products yepme provides for returning back to them?
They say, they will see the quality test and latter give a replacement.
I take an oath to never order from YEPME!
