Made a purchase from yepme, due to size issue I had to return the product. They gave coupon in return for part of the refund.
I availed the coupon and made an order. After placing the order and waiting for several days I didn’t get delivered. On checking order status it was found the products are returned.
When I contacted customer care, they are saying it has returned from their warehouse and it will be resent and a complaint is registered. After a couple of days, I got a mail that the complaint is resolved, but nothing else is mentioned in the mail.
On contacting customer care, it was informed the products are out of stock and cannot be delivered, I have to make the order again and my coupon got cancelled. Whenever I am asking on the status of the coupon, the customer care person is putting my call on hold and disconnecting the call, or promising for a call back and not turning out. I tried calling them more than 15 times, but in vain.
I would recommend my friends from refraining from purchasing anything from this site. They are cheaters and irresponsible people.
