yepme- India’s WORST Online Fashion Brand

This is the worst online shopping site I have ever seen. It takes 20 days to process my order. And after 3 days one of the items in my order has been cancelled automatchandru021y without my knowledge. I had a conversation with yepme customer care. They assure that they will dispatch the remaining items of my order shortly. But finally the status is showing "RETURNED".

Can anyone give me information regarding this?

Also I am interested in filing a case against this website for wasting my time on placing an order and keep on tracking the same.
