No Re-fund for the Failed Online Payment

I ordered shoes from Yepme.com on 9th January, 2014 for the order no: 4893886. While doing payment, their system hanged and I was not returned back to the Yepme response page. My payment was successful and the money was debited from my bank account.


I complained this to Yepme Customer Care, and they asked me to send my bank statement. Immediately I sent my bank statement with necessary proof. But now its almost 2 months and after several mails and calls to customer support they simply reply they have forwarded to concerned department and they will come back as soon as they resolve and they haven’t yet confirmed the payment nor the refund.


I am not sure when they will resolve this issue. Their reply seems to be automated system reply and if their customer care tells the repeated dialogues as if they are not permitted to inform further. I am annoyed with this site.


Lost hope of getting either product or my money back.
