Shame on yepme.com (in regard to my order no. 4356039 and complaint id 463424)
Instead of being ashamed of what product you send to me, this is the service you provide.
I had ordered shoes from Yepme.com on 4th Dec (payment made through credit card online). But they send me two different shoes in the box. I had requested for refund and I denied reverse pickup and asked to send the product back to them, thus I couriered the product on 17th Dec to Yepme.com head office which is in Delhi and was charged Rs.101/- as return shipping by Speed Post.
The product has been received by Yepme on 19th Dec. The quality check has also been done and confirmed by the customer care at 0120-4851250. Then I was promised by Yepme.com that within next 7-8 working days the amount will be credited to my account. But till date its not yet done.
I am calling Yepme team every day but all are in vain. Even though there is no positive response for the mails which I am sending. Yepme team is not even responsive to read the mails and all the time I get the same reply, all the time false commitments.
No senior or responsible person in the organization is ready to talk or resolve the issue. Executives are not ready to give seniors official Email ID also. This is the fraud business they are doing and looting the customers. I have also sent the scan copy of my return courier slip to refund@yepme.com but no response.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM YEPME SITE.
