Fraudulent E-Retail Fashion Company: YEPME

I had placed an order on 09-Mar-2014. The amount was deducted from my account. But due to technical glitch the order was not generated and the trauma started.


I called up Customer Care who refused to take any complaint as the order was not placed. I was assured with 5-7 working days the amount would be refunded provided, I had paid the amount. I was asked to send bank statement which I did within a couple of days of placing the order.


Constantly email to Customer Care had only one answer: We have forwarded your concern to the concerned department. There was no ETA for resolution. I had called up Customer Care at least 5-6 times and every time they said they are helpless and I need to wait.


YEPME maintains a facebook page where I went and posted my concern. They replied the same day with an apology and asked for details which I provided. Next day the comment was gone and I was blocked from making any further comments on their page.


Still waiting for the refund and without any status updates.


Beware of companies who cheat similarly. Don’t ever buy stuff from YEPME. The price being low attracts a lot of attention, but the way they handle orders and customers is pathetic.
